I went from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to feeling strong, in control and confident in both my body and my business. I am committed to helping you do the same!

I grew up an athlete, so I was used to the accountability. But, when I stopped playing sports and went off to college, bad habits started to form. I went down a slippery slope… fast.

I was stuck in a pretty toxic cycle of strict dieting, then binging, then avoiding and restricting... and couldn't see a better way.

Until I started my masters program in Counseling - where I learned how and why habits were formed and how to get someone to change their behavior.

This was also when I discovered counting macros, flexible dieting and truly found what "balance" looked like in MY life.

I now live my life free of guilt and fear when it comes to food. I feel confident and in control. And built a flourishing nutrition coaching business on the foundation of changing your mindset in order to change your results.

By day (or rather, by night) Cassie is a Physician Assistant in of 11 years working the night shift.

Cassie has always worked out and tried to eat healthy. But, once she started her full-time job, working late into the night leaves vending machine snacks, late night fast food, or sneaking the patient’s hospitality food consisting of graham crackers, peanut butter, and a coke… Even though she was happy with her schedule and the time it allowed her to spend with her husband, she didn’t feel as confident as she wished she could in her skin and felt sluggish all the time!

A few years ago, at her yearly physical, her bad cholesterol and blood pressure were on the upper limits of normal!


By eating what her body needs to thrive, she has seen major improvements in sleep quality, workouts, energy and overall mood. She has dropped nearly 10 pounds of body fat, and is fitting back into her favorite clothes. Her blood pressure is back into normal ranges and her bad cholesterol has also dropped a few points as well!

She finally feels like she can sustain this crazy schedule all thanks to the changes in what and how much food she’s eating.
