Only one month between these pictures, Elizabeth’s results speak for themselves! Over the last month, she’s dialed in her nutrition, is eating more, and down a total of 6lbs and 7inches! She not only has increased energy levels at work, in the gym and at home, but her quality of sleep has improved, and has found she doesn’t need to drink as much coffee every day. Through working with Alex, she’s become aware of small daily habits that were hindering progress, like stress eating and lack of planning ahead, and clearly the small changes she’s made are working!!
